Every quote starts from the package price — Head, Partial, Plantigrade or Digitigrade — then adds only the extras your design actually needs. Heavy markings, props and moving jaws add cost; simple designs stay at base price.

Yes. Bring a reference sheet, rough sketches, or just a description and mood board. If you don't have art yet, we can design the character with you as part of the concept stage.

Heads run about 6 weeks, partials 9, and full suits 12–16 weeks once your slot opens. Queue waits are usually 2–4 months, and we confirm your exact window in the quote.

High-pile Mongolian and shag faux furs, upholstery foam and plastic mesh bases, resin eyes, and breathable athletic mesh for bodysuits. All paints are sealed and flexible so they never crack.

We send a guided measurement sheet with photo examples — around 14 measurements for a full suit, plus head circumference and a few face photos. A friend helping makes it much easier.

Two revision rounds on heads, four on full suits, during the concept stage. Small changes during production are usually fine; structural changes after furring begins are quoted separately.

Suits ship in a padded, ventilated crate via insured tracked couriers. Domestic delivery is 3–5 days, international 7–14. We can also arrange convention hand-off or local pickup.

A 30% deposit reserves your bench slot, then two equal payments — one at concept approval, one before shipping. Deposits are refundable up until production begins.

Air it out after every wear, brush the fur with a slicker brush, and spot-clean with diluted fabric spray. Your suit ships with a full care guide, and we offer discounted lifetime repairs.
